These terms apply to purchases from Luna North Apothecary and use of our online store. Our store is hosted by Shopify. Questions may be sent to kcfinvestmentsrgv@gmail.com.

Products and availability

We curate products from independent suppliers. Natural gemstones and handmade items may vary in color, pattern, size and finish. Images are illustrative; review each product description and selected variant before ordering. Availability and prices may change.

Orders and payment

Provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information. Prices are shown in US dollars. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are displayed at checkout. If an item becomes unavailable or an order contains an error, we will contact you to arrange a correction or refund. Any canceled, paid order will be refunded to the original payment method.

Shipping and returns

Orders may ship directly from our supplier partners and arrive in separate packages. Please review our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy for delivery and return information. Contact us promptly with an order number if something arrives damaged or incorrect.

Product use

Follow manufacturer instructions and warnings. Crystal symbolism, manifestation language and ritual traditions are offered for personal reflection and cultural interest. They do not promise particular outcomes. Products are not offered to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent illness. Keep small items away from young children and use candles and electrical products only as directed.

Website use and privacy

Do not misuse the store, submit fraudulent orders or interfere with its operation. Brand content and original designs belong to their respective owners. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.
