Returns & refunds

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Email kcfinvestmentsrgv@gmail.com with your order number and the item you wish to return.

Please contact us before sending an item back. Our products are fulfilled by partner suppliers, and we will provide the appropriate return instructions and return label. We do not charge a return-label fee or restocking fee.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us with your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can help resolve the issue.

Refunds

Refunds for approved returns are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
